Strategic partnerships with global brands
To establish benchmark standards aligned with the refined living expectations of high-end developments, HTM Homes has officially joined forces with leading global strategic partners, bringing international benchmarks of aesthetics, technology and durability into living spaces in Vietnam.
Among them, Franke stands out as a Swiss brand with over 110 years of heritage, renowned for its integrated “ALL-IN” kitchen solutions, refined design and European quality standards. Franke’s presence spans many of the world’s most demanding markets.
“Franke is proud to partner with HTM Homes, a company that shares our vision for innovation, quality and long-term value for customers. With this new showroom, Vietnamese customers will have the opportunity to fully explore Franke’s kitchen solutions, designed to elevate everyday living through Swiss precision and modern, refined aesthetics. We believe this collaboration will set new benchmarks for experience, service and customer satisfaction in the Vietnamese market,” said Mr. Markus Ratfelder, Sales Director HS SE & NE Asia of Franke.
In addition, HTM Homes also collaborates with renowned brands such as KLUDI and Geberit (Germany), known for their expertise in sanitary ware, concealed systems and operational efficiency technologies, alongside AXOR and Hansgrohe—icons of premium design and water experiences—further completing a future living ecosystem that meets international standards for Vietnam’s most discerning projects.
Partnership signings – Expanding the domestic partner ecosystem
As part of the event, HTM Group and HTM Homes continued to make their mark through a series of strategic partnership signing ceremonies with key local partners, further expanding their distribution network and strengthening implementation capabilities in the domestic market. This move is regarded as a foundational step toward standardising an operational and service ecosystem that is premium, integrated and sustainable.

In the dealer segment, HTM Group and HTM Homes officially established partnerships with reputable partners including Mao Trung Home, Sanko Kitchen, My Khang and Khanh Vy Home. At the same time, HTM Group and HTM Homes also entered into strategic collaborations with developers such as Taseco Group and BHS Group, opening opportunities for long-term collaboration in the development of benchmark projects with a high level of integration—from design and materials to end-user experience.
This series of partnership signings not only reinforces HTM Group and HTM Homes’ position as experts in refined living standards, but also affirms their strategy of building long-term alliances with like-minded partners, with the shared goal of creating international-standard living spaces in Vietnam.
Showroom tour – A multi-sensory journey
The Future Living Expert event was conceived as a fully immersive experience space, where design, technology and functionality converge into a cohesive ecosystem of kitchen and sanitary solutions. Guests were guided through layered experiential zones—from brand-specific showrooms and AI robot interactions to curated art experiences, culminating in a live cooking show set within Franke’s premium kitchen space. Together, these elements brought to life the standards of modern living: intuitive, efficient and thoughtfully attuned to real-life needs.

Notably, the event was also supported by alkaline ion water brand Ocany and global condiment leader Heinz, further enhancing a modern lifestyle experience where health and convenience take center stage.
